How to distinguish between ordinary bearing and precision bearing?

According to the ISO classification standard, precision bearings are divided into: P0, P6, P5, P4, P2. The grade increases in turn, among which P0 is ordinary precision, and other grades are precision grade. Of course, different classification standards and different types of bearings have different classification methods, but the significance is one to one. The performance of precision bearing requires that the rotating body should have high beating precision, high-speed rotation and small change of friction.

Precision bearing and ordinary bearing should be distinguished from each other in the following aspects:

1. The dimension deviation (inner diameter, outer diameter, ellipse, etc.) of products with high accuracy level is smaller than that of products with low accuracy level;

2. The required values of rotation accuracy are different. The rotation accuracy (inner diameter run out, outer diameter run out, end face run out, etc.) of products with high accuracy level are stricter than those of products with low accuracy level;

3. The required values of surface shape and surface quality are different. The surface shape and surface quality (surface roughness of raceway or raceway, circular deviation, raceway deviation, etc.) of products with high accuracy level are stricter than those of products with low accuracy level;

4. The material properties of products with high accuracy are more favorable than those of products with general accuracy.
