We all know that in the process of using bearings, regular maintenance work must be carried out so as to achieve the expected effect of bearing use. However, in the maintenance work, it is likely to dismantle and re install the bearing to keep the bearing running well. In order to avoid damage to the bearing, we must use the method to dismantle the bearing.
Disassembly method of bearing inner and outer rings
For the outer ring with interference fit, set up several screws for outer ring extrusion screw on the circumference of the shell in advance, such as the printing machine bearing tightening the screw evenly on one side and removing it at the same time. These screw holes are usually covered with blind plug, tapered roller bearing and other separated bearings. Printing machine bearings are provided with several cuts on the cover shoulder of the shell. The pad is used to remove the holes with a press or it is gently knocked for removal.
The inner ring can be removed by the press and pulled out the simplest. At this time, pay attention to the inner ring to bear its pulling force. Moreover, the pull-out clamps shown are also used, and they must be firmly stuck on the side of the inner ring, regardless of the type of fixture. To do this, it is necessary to consider the size of the shaft shoulder or study the processing of the trench at the shoulder to use the pull-out fixture.
The disassembly method of large bearing and cylindrical roller bearing
The oil pressure method is used for the inner ring removal of large bearing. Press the bearing by oil pressure through the oil hole of the bearing, so that it is easy to pull. The bearing with large width is used in combination with drawing fixture and oil pressure method for disassembly.
Induction heating method can be used for the inner ring removal of cylindrical roller bearings. A method of heating the local part in a short time to make the inner ring expand and pull out. Induction heating is also used in the case of large number of such bearing inner rings.
