How are bearing seats classified?

According to the different requirements of bearing and bearing seat, the classification of bearing seat is not exactly the same. When using, it is necessary to check and select carefully according to the design.
1、 Integral bearing block
The outer spherical surface bearing with seat is also called bearing unit. When there is no bearing, it is called outer spherical bearing seat. According to the bearing series, the outer spherical bearing pedestal is divided into 200 series, 300 series and Xoo series.
According to the shape, the outer spherical bearing seat is divided into vertical seat (P seat), square seat (f seat), diamond seat (FL seat), round seat (C seat), boss round seat (FC seat), boss square seat (FS seat), dark hole seat (PA seat) and hanging seat (FA seat).
Integral (i.e. non separate) vertical bearing block group with screw fastening bearing box cover. These vertical bearing block groups were originally developed as axle boxes for light rail trucks, but they can also be used in traditional vertical bearing block groups. The rigidity of non separated vertical bearing block is higher than that of separated bearing block, and some of them can bear heavier load. The outer spherical bearing seat also belongs to integral seat.
2、 Split bearing pedestal
Split type bearing block (called tile box in North China) is divided into sn200, sn300, SN500, sn600, SD500, sd600, SD200, sd300, sd3000, sd3100, sd3200, snu500 (SNH, SNV, SNF, SNK, SNG, the requirements are the same, but different companies have different opinions) according to different bearings and shaft requirements, which is called Sn series bearing block for short.
722500 series, also known as Sn series bearing pedestal. The 7225 (00) series flanged bearing housing consists of a bearing housing base plate with holes to accommodate the shaft and bolted covers. There are two types of them according to their sizes. The bearing block including size 13 uses a triangular base plate. Square base plate is used for bearing block of size 15 and above. According to the form of base plate, the bearing pedestal is fixed to the supporting surface with three or four bolts.
7225 (00) series flange bearing blocks are available for shaft end configuration or through shaft configuration.
3、 Sliding bearing seat
Sliding bearing block is usually in accordance with China's national standards, which means that bearing block is only replaced by copper alloy instead of bearing. The product series include H2000, h4000 and hxooo. Zhc200, zhc400 and other series.
