Selection principle of hydraulic oil.
(1) Environmental conditions: mainly environmental temperature;
(2) Working conditions: oil pump type, working pressure, temperature, rotating speed, adaptability between oil and metal, seal and coating, system operation cycle and working characteristics, etc;
(3) Properties of hydraulic oil: physical and chemical indicators, performance and characteristics of the oil;
(4) Economy: oil price, service life, etc.
After selecting the appropriate hydraulic oil, it is very important to manage and maintain it in the process of use. The following points should be paid attention to.
① Prevent hydraulic oil from being polluted: the biggest harm of pollutants is to cause corrosion to equipment, block filter and orifice, accelerate oil aging and corrosion to components;
② Prevent air mixing: air mixing will produce cavitation, noise, and premature deterioration of hydraulic oil, affecting the use of;
③ Prevent water from mixing: the mixing of cooling water and steam will cause metal corrosion in the hydraulic system, accelerate oil deterioration, and reduce the lubricity of hydraulic oil;
④ Control the use temperature of hydraulic oil: for mineral oil hydraulic oil, it can work continuously at 50 ~ 65 ℃, and the maximum use temperature is 120 ~ 140 ℃. The increase of oil temperature will accelerate the oxidation deterioration of hydraulic oil, and the acid generated by oxidation will lead to the corrosion of metal components.
