Machining brass integral cage (suffix CA), stamping steel plate holder in vibration (suffix JPA). Brass holder (suffix EMA) for vibration. The code number on the bearing may be different in the same structure.

Installation of the self aligning roller bearing:

The roller bearing with two raceways is between the inner ring with two raceways and the outer ring with spherical surface, and is equipped with the drum roller bearing. The curvature center of outer race surface is consistent with the bearing center, so it has the same function as the automatic centering ball bearing. When the shaft and shell are flexed, the load can be adjusted automatically and the axial load in two directions can be automatically adjusted. The radial load capacity is large, which is suitable for heavy load and impact load. The inner diameter of inner ring is the bearing of taper hole, which can be installed directly. Or install the fixing sleeve and the disassembly cylinder on the cylinder shaft. The cage is made of sheet metal stamping holder, polyamide forming cage and copper alloy car cage.

For self aligning bearings, when installing the bearing with shaft into the shaft hole of the box, the middle mounting ring can prevent the outer ring from tilting and rotating. It should be remembered that some size self-aligning ball bearings have balls protruding from the side of the bearing, so the intermediate mounting rings should be recessed to prevent damage to the ball. A large number of bearings are generally installed by mechanical or hydraulic pressing.
