Rolling bearing is a precision part, so its use should be carried out with corresponding caution. No matter how high performance bearings are used, if they are not used properly, the expected high performance will not be obtained. The precautions for the use of bearings are as follows:

1、 Keep bearings and their surroundings clean

Even if the invisible tiny dust enters the bearing, it will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the bearing. Bearings and their surrounding accessories should be kept clean, especially dust and dirt, tools and environment must also be kept clean.

2、 Precautions in use and installation

It is not allowed to punch strongly, strike the bearing directly with hammer, and transfer pressure through rolling element.

3、 Use proper and accurate installation tools

Try to use special tools, try to avoid using cloth and short fiber and so on.

4、 Prevent the bearing from rusting

When the bearing is directly held by hand, the sweat on the hand should be fully washed, and the operation should be carried out after applying high-quality mineral oil. In rainy season and summer, special attention should be paid to rust prevention. However, under some special operating conditions, the bearing can obtain a longer life than the traditional calculation, especially in the case of light load. These special operating conditions are that when the rolling surface is effectively divided by a lubricating oil film, the possible surface damage caused by pollutants is limited. In fact, under ideal conditions, so-called permanent bearing life is possible.
