1. Surface cleaning: cleaning must be based on the nature of the surface of the rust preventive and the conditions at that time, and select appropriate methods. Generally, solvent cleaning, chemical treatment and mechanical cleaning are commonly used.

2. After the surface is dry and cleaned, it can be dried by filtered dry compressed air, or dried by a dryer of 120-170 ℃, or dried with clean gauze.

3. Immersion method: some small items are soaked in rust proof grease, and cross tapered roller bearing makes its surface adhere to a layer of anti rust grease. The thickness of oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of rust proof grease.

4. Brush coating method: for outdoor building equipment or special shape products which are not suitable for immersion or spraying, attention shall be paid to not only the accumulation but also the prevention of missing coating.

5, spray method: some large anti rust substances can not be used to soak the oil, the rotary bearing generally uses about 0.7Mpa pressure of filtered compressed air in the air clean place to spray. Spray method is suitable for solvent dilution antirust oil or thin layer antirust oil, but must adopt perfect fire protection and labor protection measures.

Attention should be paid to the following acid solutions: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid and dilute hydrochloric acid.
