1. Sunlight irradiation method
In the sunny daily life, remove the grease with a screwdriver, and then fly to 45 degrees. Compared with the sunlight, observe the droplet condition. It is excellent to clearly see that there are no debris in the grease in the sun. It can give full play to the actual effect again. When there are too many debris, be sure to remove and replace the grease.
2. Droplet scratch method
Take a clean white filter paper. There is a small amount of oil on the filter paper. After the oil leaks, if there is black powder on the surface and there is a sense of resistance when touching with your hand, it indicates that there is much sediment in the oil, the oil has no powder, is dry and impatient to clean, and the impression is light yellow.
3. Oil drain observation
Take 2 measuring cups, one full of grease for inspection, and the other empty on the table. Remove the measuring cup with oil from the table by 30 to 40 cm and skew it, allow the grease to fill the empty cup and observe its fluidity. The grease with excellent performance and price comparison is longer, thinner, symmetrical and lasting. If the grease is discharged quickly and slowly, it is said that the grease is moldy.
4. Hand twisting
Screw the grease between the thumb and the ring finger of the left hand and grind it constantly. The grease has good tactility, good lubricity, less worn debris and no friction. If you feel that there is a very large sliding friction in the middle of your finger like a small stone, it indicates that there are many residues in the oil and can not be reused for many times. Remove and replace with new grease.
