Accuracy class of tapered roller bearings.
The accuracy of bearing mainly includes two aspects, one is dimensional accuracy, the other is rotation accuracy. The former is required after the bearing is installed. The rotation accuracy is to specify the range of the verticality tolerance of the swing during rotation, including the radial and axial swing of the inner and outer rings, the side swing of the inner ring and the radius surface.
Tapered roller bearing is a kind of separate bearing. The structure of this bearing is that both the inner and outer rings have tapered raceways. It has three different structural types: single row tapered roller bearing, double row tapered roller bearing and tear tapered roller bearing according to the number of roller rows.
Tapered roller bearings are mainly used to bear radial and axial combined loads. The raceway angle of the outer ring will directly affect the bearing capacity. The larger the raceway angle of the outer ring, the greater the bearing capacity. The clearance of single row tapered roller bearings needs to be adjusted by the user during installation. The clearance of double row and four row tapered roller bearings is given at the beginning of delivery according to the customer's requirements and does not need to be adjusted by the user.
Tapered roller bearings are separable mainly because they are composed of inner rings with roller and cage components. It has a good performance in many fields of industrial life. The most commonly used fields are automobile, rolling mill, metallurgy, mining and plastic machinery, etc.
Accuracy class of tapered roller bearings
1. Metric series (single column): the applicable standard is gb307, and the applicable Accuracy grades are grade 0, grade 6, grade 5 and grade 4.
2. Metric series (double column and four column): applicable standard: sb / t5341994, applicable accuracy grade is grade 0.
3. English Series: the applicable standard is sb / Co / t1089, and the applicable Accuracy grades are class4, class2, class3, class0 and class00.
Precision tapered roller bearing is installed on the spindle of coordinate boring machine. The runout of the end of the complete set of bearing inner ring to the raceway and the radial runout of the complete set of bearing inner ring are the key accuracy indexes. There are eight main reasons affecting the rotation accuracy of medium and large precision tapered roller bearings: the taper angle variation of roller gauge batch, the straightness of roller prime line, the radial swimming momentum of cage, the perpendicularity of prime line on the slope surface of cage window hole, the roundness error of ferrule raceway, the straightness of ferrule raceway prime line, assembly process and detection method.
