When the shaft rotates, the inner ring of the tightening ring and the journal make a transition fit, which drives the tightening ring to friction with the end face of the stationary part. When the axial force (FX) acts, the friction torque generated is greater than the inner diameter matching resistance torque. Therefore, the following points should be paid attention to when installing the thrust bearing.
1. Distinguish the tight ring and loose ring of the bearing. Judge according to the inner diameter of the bearing, and divide the bore diameter of the tight ring and loose ring of the bearing into 0.1 ~ 0.5mm respectively, with a difference of 0.1 ~ 0.5mm)
2. Static block of separation mechanism (i.e. no moving parts, mainly refers to the static block equipped with separation mechanism).
3. In any case, the loose ring of the bearing should always rest against the end face of the fixed part.
