Tapered roller bearings and other release bearings can check the raceway surfaces of rolling elements and outer rings respectively.
Since large bearings cannot be rotated by hand, pay attention to the appearance of rolling elements, raceway surfaces, cages, edge retaining surfaces, etc. the higher the importance of bearings, the more careful the inspection is.
When judging whether the bearing can be reused, it shall be determined according to the damage degree, mechanical performance, importance, operating conditions, inspection cycle and other relevant factors of the bearing. However, if the following defects are found during the inspection, the bearing can not continue to be used and needs to be replaced with a new bearing.
1. Under lubrication conditions, a lubricating film sufficient to separate the two surfaces is formed between the rolling contact surfaces. The lubricant must maintain a certain minimum viscosity at normal working temperature to reduce bearing friction and improve bearing life, The main factors affecting the response are the average diameter of tapered roller bearing and working speed. The viscosity of working viscosity lubricant at working temperature is determined by the nominal viscosity at working temperature T4 ℃ according to the viscosity temperature curve. And the viscosity ratio is an index indicating the oil film forming ability. Other factors such as speed have a great impact on the bearing life. When the operating state becomes worse (temperature increases, speed decreases, The bearing life may be greatly polluted and greatly reduced.
2. Calculation of bearing life correction coefficient and analysis of influencing factors calculation method of correction coefficient. Analyze various factors affecting the correction coefficient, calculate a basic coefficient of bearing life, so that the bearing can obtain better lubrication conditions, which should be greater than or equal to, but the viscosity ratio should not be too large, Otherwise, the increase of viscosity may increase the working temperature of tapered roller bearing. When lubricating oil containing extreme pressure additives should be used, in addition, the pressure between moving surfaces will also change the viscosity of lubricating oil.
