Installation and disassembly method of outer spherical ball bearing with seat:
1、 Installation of outer spherical ball bearing with seat:
a. Put the bearing into the installation notch of the seat;
b. After rotating the bearing slightly, insert a wooden rod and rotate it about 90 ° around the installation gap
c. Take out the stick.
Note: the stop pin should be placed in the installation gap of the seat to prevent the bearing outer ring from rotating in the seat.
2、 Remove the ball bearing with outer spherical surface;
a. Insert the wooden rod into the bearing bore
b. Rotate the bearing about 90 ° around the installation gap
c. Take the bearing out of the mounting notch of the bearing seat.
3、 Installation of external spherical ball bearing with seat:
a. For the bearing fastened by jacking screw, sleeve the bearing onto the shaft, set the position, tighten the jacking screw and fasten the shaft;
b. For the bearing fastened by eccentric sleeve, the bearing shall be sleeved on the shaft, the position shall be adjusted, and the jacking screw on the eccentric sleeve shall be tightened along the rotation direction of the shaft
c. For the bearing fastened by the set sleeve, the bearing and the set sleeve shall be sleeved on the shaft, the position of the set sleeve shall be adjusted, the set nut shall be installed, and the locking pad claw shall be bent into the nut fastening groove to prevent loosening.
4、 Precautions
a. When installing and disassembling the outer spherical ball bearing with seat, generally do not directly knock and hammer violently;
b. When tightening the jacking screw to fasten the bearing, the force should not be too strong to avoid damaging the jacking screw or deformation of the bearing inner ring;
c. No. 2 industrial lithium grease has been filled in the bearing, so it should be avoided that different kinds of grease are mixed and deteriorated, which will affect the use of the bearing.
