Installation procedure of linear bearing

Installation steps of linear bearing:
1. Before installing the linear bearing, the burr, dirt and surface scar on the mechanical mounting surface must be removed. The linear bearing is coated with anti rust oil. Before installation, please use cleaning oil to clean the reference surface before installation. Generally, the reference surface is easy to rust after removing the anti rust oil. It is recommended to use lubricating oil to coat the spindle with low viscosity.
2. The linear bearing is gently placed on the bed, and the lateral fixing screw or other fixing fixture is used to make the line rail fit with the lateral mounting surface gently. Before installation and use, it is necessary to confirm whether the screw holes match. Assuming that the machining holes of the base do not match and the bolts are forced to be locked, the combination accuracy and use quality will be greatly affected.
3. From the center to both sides, screw the set screws of the linear bearing in order to make the track fit with the vertical installation surface, and from the center to both ends, the more stable accuracy can be obtained. After the vertical datum plane is slightly tightened, the locking force of the lateral datum plane is strengthened, so that the linear bearing can effectively fit the lateral datum plane.
4. Use the torque wrench to lock the torque one by one according to various materials, and slowly tighten the set screw of the linear bearing slide rail.
5. Use the same installation method to install the auxiliary rail, and individually install the sliding seat to the main rail and the auxiliary rail. Note that after the sliding seat is installed on the linear slide rail, many subsequent accessories cannot be installed due to limited installation space, so the necessary accessories must be installed at this stage.
Gently place the moving platform on the sliding seat of the main rail and the auxiliary rail of the linear bearing, and then lock the lateral forcing screw on the moving platform, which can be completed after installation and positioning.
