Several reasons of bearing noise

Several reasons for the noise of tapered roller bearings
1. Water, acid or paint are mixed into tapered roller bearing to cause corrosion;
2. Tapered roller bearing. It is flattened by the seat hole (the roundness of the seat hole is not good, or the seat hole is not straight);
3. The pad iron on the bottom surface of the bearing seat is uneven (resulting in the deformation of the seat hole and even the crack of the bearing seat);
4. There are sundries (chips, dust particles, etc.) in the hole of self-aligning roller bearing seat;
5. The sealing ring is eccentric (contact with adjacent parts and friction occurs);
6. The tapered roller bearing bears extra load (the bearing bears axial tension, or there are two fixed end bearings on one shaft);

7. The fit between the bearing and the shaft is too loose (the diameter of the shaft is too small or the tightening sleeve is not tightened);
8. The clearance of the bearing is too small and it is too tight when rotating (the tightening sleeve is too tight).
