1. Check whether the connecting rod shoe, connecting rod bush and main bearing are worn, pulled or burnt, whether the connecting rod bolts are loose, and check whether the main oil passage of air compressor is dredged; It is suggested that the worn or strained bearing shells, bushes, main bearing shells and bearings be replaced, connecting rod bolts (torque specification 35-40n.m) should be tightened, and the air compressor oil inlet holes should be aligned with the tight air oil holes; The main oil passage is dredged by air. When reassembling, pay attention to the spindle bearings.

2. Check whether the groove type of main and forced pulley is common. If not, please replace it. Adjust the belt tightness (press down the belt with your thumb, and press the belt interval 10 mm).

3. Check whether the lubricating oil inlet pressure and oil pipeline are damaged or blocked. If the pressure is lack, adjust, arrange and replace the invalid pipeline; Check the oil quality and impurity content of lubricating oil, and replace it when it is over supported compared with the application specification; Check whether the air compressor is supplying oil. If there is no oil supply, it should be checked comprehensively.

4. Check whether the fixing bearing bolts of air compressor are loose and tightened.

5. The air compressor driven by gear shall also check whether the gear is loose or whether the gear unit cooperation and bearing clearance cooperation are available. If the nut is loose, the nut shall be tightened. If there is any problem in cooperation, it shall be replaced.
