Adjustment measures for problems after bearing installation

Do not directly hammer the bearing end face and non stressed surface during installation. Use pressure block, sleeve or other installation tools to evenly stress the bearing. Do not install the bearing through rolling element. If the mounting surface is coated with lubricating oil, the installation will be smoother. If the fit interference is large, the bearing should be put into the mineral oil and heated to 80 ~ 90 ℃ for installation as soon as possible. The oil temperature should be strictly controlled not to exceed 100 ℃ to prevent tempering effect, hardness reduction and dimension recovery. When it is difficult to disassemble, it is recommended that you use the disassembly tool to pull outward and pour hot oil on the inner ring carefully. The heat will expand the inner ring of the bearing and make it easy to fall off.

Not all bearings require the minimum working clearance, you must choose the appropriate clearance according to the conditions. According to the national standard 4604-93, the radial clearance of rolling bearing is divided into five groups: group 2, group 0, group 3, group 4 and group 5. The clearance value increases from small to large, and group 0 is the standard clearance. The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operating conditions, conventional temperature and common interference fit; Large radial clearance is suitable for bearings working under special conditions such as high temperature, high speed, low noise and low friction; Smaller radial clearance should be selected for precision spindle and machine tool spindle bearings; For roller bearings, a small amount of working clearance can be maintained. In addition, there is no clearance for separate bearings; Finally, the working clearance of the bearing after installation is smaller than the original clearance before installation, because the bearing has to bear certain load rotation, as well as the elastic deformation caused by bearing fit and load.

In order to solve the problem of sealing defects of the bearing with inlaid seal, there are two steps to be strictly carried out in the process of adjustment.

1. The cover structure of inlaid sealed bearing is changed to both sides of the bearing. The bearing is adjusted from the installation structure of the equipment bearing, which does not need direct contact with the bearing. The bearing is dustproof from the outside of the bearing. The sealing effect of this structure is higher than that of the bearing itself sold by the bearing agent, which directly blocks the invasion path of particulate matter and ensures the internal cleanness of the bearing. This structure improves the heat dissipation space of the bearing and has less damage to the anti fatigue performance of the bearing.

2. Although the external sealing method of bearing has good sealing effect, the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so it is necessary to install cooling parts. The cooling device can reduce the operating temperature of the lubricant. After cooling, natural heat dissipation can be used to avoid high temperature operation of the bearing.
