How to do if the bearing temperature is too high?

After the bearing is installed, it should be checked to ensure that the bearing is installed in place, rotated flexibly and free from stagnation. If the bearing is not installed properly, it will cause the bearing temperature to rise rapidly and damage, and even cause serious accidents such as bearing sticking and fracture
The working conditions of inner ring and outer ring are N6 P6 R6 and K7 M7 respectively
The solution of bearing temperature is too high:
1. If there is too much grease, the resistance of the lubricant will increase
2. The internal load is too large due to too small clearance;
3. The accuracy and installation method of bearing pedestal are improved;
4. Friction of sealing equipment;
5. Improve the fit between bearing and bearing chamber
6. Foreign matter intrusion caused the deformation of the bearing (bearing sleeve, cage).
7. It is suggested that ceramic ball bearing can be used. The hardness of HQ series bearing is not less than that of steel ball, and it is not easy to heat up! The temperature of ceramic ball bearing does not exceed 40 ℃
